About Neutreeno

Imagine a future where companies can slash emissions not just by a little, but significantly across vast and complex supply chains. Neutreeno, a pioneering deep tech spinout from the University of Cambridge’s Engineering Department, is turning this vision into a reality.

Our revolutionary digital platform precisely tracks production processes and flows, equipping businesses with scientific, data-driven insights needed to optimise efficiencies and emission reduction interventions across thousands of suppliers.

Neutreeno is not just about cutting-edge tech; it’s about pioneering a new low-carbon era with a brain trust of leading sustainability scientists from the IPCC, IEA, the Cambridge Engineering Department and other renowned Universities. Together, our research underpins a transformative technology already adopted by some of the world’s largest companies.

Our impact is resonating globally. We were recently nominated for the the Earthshot Prize, PwC's Net Zero Future50, and just raised a US-led $5m seed round from leading global investors in circularity, sustainability, and corporates as featured in ESGPostYahooFinanceBusinessWeekly.

The Role

As a Marketing and Communications Manager at Neutreeno, you'll be the guardian of our brand, the architect of our growth engine and the voice of our scientific thought leadership. In this pivotal role, you'll shape how the world perceives Neutreeno while building the marketing machine that fuels our expansion and helping us educate the world off the back of our research—playing a crucial part in accelerating global emissions reduction through powerful storytelling and strategic lead generation.

This role demands someone with creative vision and analytical rigour who thrives on connecting the dots between brand building and revenue growth. You'll wake up energised by the challenge of translating cutting-edge scientific technology into compelling narratives that not only build trust and credibility, but also drive leads to our growth and global impact. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced startup, you'll relish the opportunity to build something extraordinary—serving as our Swiss army knife across communications, PR, content creation, event strategy and growth marketing.

This position operates on a hybrid work model that fosters both teamwork and individual flexibility, with 3 days per week in our Cambridge office.
