Neutreeno is a B2B SaaS deep-tech spinout from the University of Cambridge building the world’s first intelligent decarbonisation platform to eliminate global value chain emissions at source, without offsetting.
We are a collaborative team of sustainability experts partnering with some of the world’s largest enterprises to enable them to reach their stringent 2030 value chain decarbonisation targets. Our group includes IPCC climate scientists, low-carbon tech engineers from the IEA and is backed by the Cambridge Engineering Department’s Resource Efficiency group, the Judge Business School, Entrepreneur First, Innovate UK, the European Commission and Cambridge Enterprise.
Neutreeno is a small start-up, moving quickly towards our seed round in early 2024. You’ll be an integral part of our core team of 10 self-starters, owning multiple projects and thriving wearing multiple hats.
You’ll have full ownership over the back-end development and implementation of two important and interlinked components:
(1) our advanced resource & emissions tracking network system. Alongside expert engineers & Python modellers you will work with us to continually develop our dynamic Python system.
(2) our user platform (React, Node JS, Typescript). Alongside frontend developers and designers you will lead the integration of new complex data display features & iterate on our current decarbonisation system to help companies reduce emissions and resource use.
You will have the opportunity to build a cutting-edge, backend emissions measurement API deployed on cloud services. By continually integrating our evolving measurement models & frameworks, the digital technology you create will not only be state-of-the-art, but also make an immediate contribution to global decarbonisation.
